United in Pride
Stories of Belonging, Allyship and Community across LexisNexis Risk Solutions
This Pride Month, LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, is United in Pride – in the everyday actions that help our colleagues feel seen, supported, and valued. Across teams, locations, and experiences, belonging is built through meaningful moments: a leader who encourages authenticity, a colleague who listens, an employee resource group that fosters connection, or a culture where people feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.
These moments reflect who we are and how we show up for one another. At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we believe that when people feel they belong, they are empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive. In this collection, colleagues from around the world share their personal stories of pride, allyship, and belonging – and the people, experiences, and communities that have helped make our workplace one where everyone can succeed.
Gage N. Mitchell Charles
Customer Success Manager – US
As a Customer Success Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Gage N. Mitchell Charles supports national account teams, works directly with customers, and helps ensure colleagues have the resources they need to succeed. He was initially drawn to the company through the experiences of friends and family and found that LexisNexis Risk Solutions commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community and its employees matched what he had heard.
For Gage, belonging means having the freedom to be himself at work. He credits LexisNexis Risk Solutions inclusive culture and LGBTQIA+ community with creating an environment where employees feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
“I know that there is a larger community available to myself and others, and that makes me very proud of our organization.”
That sense of support fuels Gage’s pride in the company and its people. He believes unity is reflected in the acceptance and inclusion employees extend to one another each day, creating a workplace where he can thrive both personally and professionally. “Work-life me and personal-life me are the same person, and being able to be ‘me’ as a gay man in both categories of my life is wonderful.”
Sathish Kumar Seenivasan
Software Engineering Lead, Insurance, LexisNexis Risk Solutions – India
Sathish Kumar Seenivasan brings together technology, leadership and collaboration in his role as Software Engineering Lead in the India Technology Transformation Center (ITTC) Insurance team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. “I was initially attracted to the company because of its strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and opportunities for continuous learning.”
For Sathish, belonging creates the conditions for strong teams. “A sense of belonging is important to me because it fosters community, trust, and the confidence to contribute openly. I experienced this through strong support from my manager and participation in inclusion initiatives like Pride activities, which created a welcoming environment. These experiences have helped me feel valued and motivated to contribute effectively to the team.”
These experiences shape how Sathish thinks about unity across LexisNexis Risk Solutions. “Unity, to me, shows up through collaboration, mutual respect, and actively supporting one another."
"Through Pride and allyship initiatives, I’ve seen colleagues create an open and inclusive environment where everyone feels safe to express themselves.”
“LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a great place to work because of its strong culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning. It provides meaningful opportunities to grow while working on impactful projects with supportive teams.”
Frank Bragg
Senior Manager, Health Intelligence Support - US
As a Customer Support Manager within Health Intelligence at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Frank Bragg leads a team focused on delivering high-quality customer support and operational excellence. He was initially drawn to LexisNexis Risk Solutions for its reputation in data, innovation, and meaningful impact, and has found that same commitment reflected in the company's collaborative culture and supportive leadership.
For Frank, belonging is rooted in trust and shared ownership. During a recent team project, colleagues openly exchanged ideas, identified gaps, and supported one another in real time. “What stood out wasn’t just the execution, but that everyone felt comfortable contributing, challenging ideas, and helping shape the outcome.”
"Through Pride and allyship, it means creating space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, while actively standing behind teammates and ensuring thoughtful communication across our work."
Frank believes unity is reflected through allyship, respect, and creating space for every voice to be heard.
Dino Masovic
Regional Account Manager, ICIS – UK
Dino Masovic’s work as a Regional Account Manager for Southern Europe at ICIS is about connection. “My role sits at the intersection of people, markets and strategy. I spend my days building relationships, understanding what matters to our customers and helping them use ICIS intelligence to make clearer, more confident business decisions in a constantly changing market.”
For Dino, belonging makes people better at their work because it makes room for the full person behind the role. “A sense of belonging matters to me because I do my best work when I feel I can bring my personality, background and perspective into the room, not just my job title. I really felt that through the ERG space at LexisNexis Risk Solutions where conversations around identity, culture and personal growth felt open and genuinely human.”
Unity, for Dino, is shared purpose with room for difference. “For me, unity is about different people coming together with the same purpose: to grow, support each other and become the best version of ourselves."
"Through Pride and the UK ERG, I’ve felt that when people are encouraged to be authentic, they bring more energy, trust and creativity into everything they do. That is when unity feels real.”
